The location's view gets ruined by a nearby coal loading structure, causing constant noise. Facilities appear outdated and in need of maintenance, with some rooms found to be unclean and poorly maintained, including issues like cockroaches and humidity. Additionally, the disappointing quality of breakfast lacked freshness, lacking flavor completely.

The staff members were genuinely helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that I felt welcome and taken care of.

Unfortunately, the shower drain in my room wasn't working properly, resulting in a less than pleasant experience while showering.

I truly loved the super large layout with five pools scattered around. The private beach was a fantastic spot to unwind, making it a top highlight of my stay. The complimentary breakfasts each day were delicious and varied. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Carlos at the front desk who assisted with our luggage and anything else we needed. My room, however, had a few repair issues, like the bathroom door not closing properly. Wi-Fi connection was spotty during the last two days, which was frustrating. In terms of dining, while the restaurant food was flavorful, eating outdoors meant dealing with flies, which detracted from the experience. Overall, it was a great stay, but there is room for improvement in the maintenance and service areas.

We had an awesome time at the beach, with great access to water activities. The service was top-notch, and the pools were perfect for relaxation. During our stay, we visited the Mundo Marino Aquarium, which was a fun experience. Definitely a spot to consider if you're with friends!
